Instructions
- Open packet and peel off backing.
- Without creasing, stick pad to clothing directly over area where heat is desired. DO NOT APPLY ADHESIVE SIDE DIRECTLY TO SKIN. APPLY ONLY ON CLOTHING.
- Hotteeze transmit heat most effectively when stuck to tight cotton undergarments that will absorb sweat and protect from low temperature burns. Loose clothing reduces the sensation of heat to the body.
- Pads heat up gradually and may take 30 minutes to reach maximum temperature.
- Keep pad dry at all times as water will prevent activation.
- Remove gently from clothes after use.
Warnings
- With infants, small children or those incapable of removing by themselves
- On broken, sensitive, bruised, swollen, frostbitten or desensitized skin.
- While sleeping, if you are bedridden or have ulcers.
- With other forms of therapeutic heat including heaters, or if your doctor does not recommend heat pads for you.
- If pregnant or suffering from diabetes, circulatory or nervous disorder.
Disposal
- Reuse contents as a soil conditioner after use.
- When pad is cold, open and pour contents onto soil in garden or in planters.
- Per year 1 pouch for 1 mid-sized flowerpot, 4 pouches for 1 large-size planter.
- Don’t add to soil for expensive plants!
- Outer packet is combustible should be disposed of in regular garbage and does not generate toxic gases.

Instructions
- Open packet and peel off backing.
- Place adhesive side of pad on outside of sock underneath toes, NEVER DIRECTLY TO SKIN (to avoid burns).
- Use only inside closed shoes with socks. Take extra care when wearing thin socks or stockings.
- After opening, limit contact with the open air as foot pads can get too hot with too much oxygen. However, excessively tight shoes may limit oxygen and result in inadequate heating.
